Refund policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. The return address and shipping costs will vary depending on the customer's region and the reason for the return, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

- Date of purchase
- Order number
- Reason for return
