We offer digital prints only under our zero-waste policy. All of our products will be ready for download after your purchase. You can print it at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service.

We offer all of our artwork in digital format only. By eliminating the need for physical inventory and shipping resources, we minimize environmental impact.

You will receive confirmation at the email address you entered during checkout. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please contact us.

Please contact us immediately if you have entered the wrong information during checkout.

We accept payment via credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal.

All of our digital prints are provided in either portrait or landscape orientation with a 1:1.414 aspect ratio. This is the same as standard poster sizes such as A1 and A2, making it easy to print in your preferred size at home or at a local print shop.

After you buy a digital print, you will receive an email with a link containing instructions about how to download your print. You will receive a link to a printable PDF file, so simply download and save the file.

You can print your digital art at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. Colors may vary slightly depending on the monitor or screen used to view the print. The print quality is dependent on the type of printer and paper used.

If you have not received an order confirmation, please check that you have provided us with the correct email address. Occasionally, emails may be diverted to your spam or junk mail folders.

If you experience any difficulty downloading or printing your poster, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

You can print your artwork as many times as you like as long as it is for personal use.

Yes. All digital prints at Your Kanji Art are for personal use only and are not to be edited, modified, shared, sold or used commercially in any way.

Due to the nature of a digital print, we do not offer refunds on our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and we will find a solution.

Other items will be available for download immediately after purchase. For custom products, a download link will be sent via email within 3 business days.
